Welcome

Rise at Kingswood is a Counselling and  Psychotherapy centre located discreetly in the leafy suburbs of Kingswood Heights, Tallaght.

We deal with a wide variety of issues that present for discussion. Simply allowing ourselves to fully acknowledge what we’re going through can be frightening. To be listened to compassionately and non-judgementally can help release pain and suffering.

At Rise, the aim is to nurture and empower our clients. We strive to enable clients to identify and utilise their own inner strengths and qualities. Different people need different types of support on the path of healing and integration. We are flexible to meet the needs of each client and draw from Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory and existentialism. We hold the belief that each client is unique and we collaboratively tailor our therapeutic approach depending on the client’s individual needs.
