Exit 10 on the M50, continue on the Embankment road towards Cookstown. Take the first right across the luas tracks at the Kingswood Luas stop. 2nd left up Kingswood Avenue, and 4th right onto Kingswood Drive. Follow the road to the left and take the next right. We are the second last house on the left.
